She has 20+ years in retail management where she was responsible for turning around poor performing locations, getting stores from no profit to breakeven, growing franchisee’s locations and partnering with marketing, product and finance departments to create successful plans to exceed sales and profit goals. She was identified as one of the company’s top coaches for developing next level leaders.
